Description:

You're mid skank and you're thinking "why does that guitar sound so juicy and how does it do that brrrr thing"? Well a common tool was the Roland Jazz Chorus. The amp is known for its amazingly clear clean tone and more infamously for its terrible distortion channel. Ska punk musicians took this ear wrenching distortion and used it to express the true feeling of ska punk. The Bad Sound is named for the Operation Ivy song "Bad Town" and is my offering to the mozzarella stick gods of ska. The clean mode makes an excellent preamp with amp style eq. The distortion mode provides the "is this broken" sound. I have made five and will make no more. If you are excited as I am, I would pick it up pick it up pick it up pick it up pick it up pick it up pick it up!!
